Contraceptive Effects
Disclaimer: The idea for this site came about in about 1993. The concepts here are pretty controversial and so I have been thinking about them for the last 14 years, accumulating more evidence. However there is not enough data available to prove this theory one way or another. I decided then to build a web site on the subject, show all the information I have accumulated, and blog new information as it becomes available. I believe this theory is provable statistically so eventually data may become available to take this further. In the meantime the reader can make up his own mind.
The main reason I have not just dismissed the idea without publishing is the consequences of this are quite profound. The side effects theorised here might be the cause of radically changing our society, increasing the divorce rate from virtually zero to epidemic proportions, making our modern societies revolve around sex everywhere we look, increasing abortion rates, decreasing birth rates often to below replacement rates for a population, increasing the numbers of people who remain single and so on.
